Welcome to SheCode. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the site.

By continuing to browse and use this website, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

  • “User”, “you” – any person who visits the Site, joins a webinar, subscribes to the newsletter or clicks an external link.
    “Services” – free educational webinars, blog articles, e-mail updates and referral links to third-party merchants.
    “We”, “us” – Dr Irene Heschl-Koller, Gartenweg 1A, 8190 Birkfeld, Austria.

  • We do not sell products ourselves. All purchases are concluded solely on the external merchant’s website.
    Prices, stock and product details originate from the merchant and may change without notice; we cannot guarantee their accuracy.

  • Some links are affiliate/partner links. We may earn a commission if you purchase after clicking, at no additional cost to you. This does not affect our editorial independence.

  • Content is for general information and education only and is not individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any health information.
    We make no guarantee that statements about nutrients, supplements or health outcomes are authorised claims under EU Regulation 1924/2006; product-specific claims are the sole responsibility of the merchant.

It is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

    The SheCode name and logo may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the brand identity, designs, or website materials is strictly prohibited.

  • When commenting or chatting you must not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive or commercial
    content. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.

  • The Site is provided “as is”. We are liable for intent and gross negligence, personal injury, and claims under the Austrian Product Liability Act (PHG).
    For all other cases we are liable only for typical, foreseeable damages; liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

  • We may amend these Terms for good cause (e.g. legal, technical or security reasons).
    Notification: Registered users will receive an e-mail at least 14 days before changes take effect; we will also display a banner on the Site.
    Your options: You may object and stop using the Services before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  • These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Exclusive venue for disputes is the competent court in Graz, Austria, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

  • If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Headings are for convenience only.

  • Our newsletter uses a double-opt-in. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.
    Transactional messages (e.g. webinar links) may still be sent.

  • You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except where we are liable under section 7 above.
